Emmanuel is an ambitious Chartered Accountant with over years’ consulting experience in auditing, taxation, IT security management and financial management both in the public and private sectors. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance option) holder. He is a problem solver with a high achievement rate and an appetite for new challenges. Prior to joining EAK & Associates as a Managing Partner, he was the Audit Manager of Aikins-Hawkson & Associates and Audit Senior at DM Tutu & Co.
Emmanuel has a wealth of experience in Accountancy, Auditing (internal and external), Taxation, Insolvency, Corporate Finance, Research, Training, Management and Development Consulting.
With his commercial experience and advisory skills, he has assisted clients in exploring business opportunities. Emmanuel is also closely involved with helping clients in creating and implementing survival strategies as well as advising them of pitfalls associated with medium-sized companies. He has undertaken various project audit assignments with USAid, GIMPA-DANIDA AD, MeTA Ghana and CSEF in Ghana. He also offered tax planning advice to clients to minimize their potential tax liabilities. Emmanuel has much experience and exposure in accounting software packages such as Tally ERP9, Sage, and Quick Books
Emmanuel is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) programme.
