Emmanuel Adadey brings a distinctive blend of financial expertise, strategic insight, and technical proficiency to his role as Managing Partner. With nearly two decades of consulting experience, he has guided organizations through complex challenges in auditing, taxation, corporate finance, ESG compliance, and restructuring. His leadership is defined by a commitment to strengthening governance, driving sustainable performance, and delivering solutions that balance financial rigor with innovation.

He is a CFA Charter holder, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK). Emmanuel also holds an MBA in Finance and has completed the Oxford Sustainability Reporting and ESG Data Management programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance, further deepening his academic and professional expertise in financial strategy and governance.

As an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Emmanuel contributes to advancing best practices in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation. This role complements his broader consulting work, enabling him to integrate anti-fraud measures into financial governance frameworks and strengthen organizational resilience against financial crime.

Emmanuel’s expertise extends deeply into insolvency and restructuring, where he advises distressed companies on turnaround strategies, debt restructuring, liquidation processes, and stakeholder negotiations. As a member of Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, Ghana formerly the Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA), he collaborates with industry peers to promote effective restructuring practices that safeguard value and support business continuity.

His areas of specialization include accountancy, internal and external auditing, corporate finance, taxation, ESG consulting, insolvency, research, financial modelling, data analysis, training and development, and financial markets. He complements his financial expertise with advanced technical skills in Python, SQL, and Excel for data analytics, enabling organizations to leverage automation, uncover actionable insights, and make data-driven strategic decisions.

Emmanuel is proficient in leading accounting and ERP platforms such as SAP B1, Tally ERP9/Prime Solutions, Sage, and QuickBooks, as well as audit software including Audtech, Draftworx, and CaseWare. He continues to help organizations navigate complex financial landscapes, strengthen governance, and achieve sustainable performance.

Charlotte Chapman-Wardy, is Senior Partner of the firm. She is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, a member of the Institute of Actuaries, UK, Master of Science in Actuarial science from Cass Business School (City University) and a PhD in Statistics from the University of Ghana. Her broad and varied consulting experience has endowed her with a holistic view of industry and sector issues because of the unique distinction of having worked in all key areas of professional service delivery; that is, management consulting, assurance/audit, taxation, private-sector and public-sector assurance and consulting. Charlotte, prior to joining the firm, has worked with BDO LLP, a firm of Chartered Accountants, in the United Kingdom as Audit Senior for over 7 years. Apart from being Quality Assurance Partner of the firm, she lectures undergraduate and postgraduate level Actuarial Statistics, Statistics and Financial Reporting at the University of Ghana, Department of Statistics. She also lectures Financial Accounting at Duke Williams Co. Limited, the only ACCA-approved tuition provider with Gold accreditation in Ghana. She reviews the work plans and deliverables to ensure that all requirements as stated in the terms of reference have been met.  As the quality assurance Partner, she is particularly responsible for monitoring and ensuring delivery of the highest possible standard of service to all organisations. She is also responsible for monitoring the strategy for the project, ensuring that all matters relating to and impacting upon the deliverables are considered. She approves the detailed project methodology and reviews the entire progress of the team, ensuring that all quality control considerations are met.

Duke Kofi Allotey, MSc. FCCA (UK), BA (Hons), is a Partner of the firm. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, and a Master of Science (MSc.), in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of the West of England. He had his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), in Statistics from the University of Ghana. Duke is a qualified chartered certified accountant and a lecturer – proactive, competent and highly skilled with over 12 years of lecturing and consulting experience. Duke is a senior tutor for Financial Management, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance courses and supervises masters’ dissertations. He is also an executive director or co-founder of Duke Williams Co. Ltd, the only ACCA-approved tuition provider with Gold accreditation in Ghana. He has been an ACCA tutor in major London business schools for over a decade and offers consultancy services for companies in London and Ghana.

Mahmud Mamara is an associate of the firm. He has extensive knowledge in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Taxation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana and holds a master’s degree from the University of Cape Coast where he majored in Finance. He has many years working experience with the HFC Bank where he started as a bank officer and made it through Treasury Operations as a supervisor

He is an Associate of the firm and a Professional Accountant with wealth of experience in Accounting, Financial Management, Tax and Audit. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Taxation – UK. He is also a Member of Certified International Tax Accountant. He is a great team player to achieve target with tight deadlines. He has many years’ experiences working with Zeera Group of Companies and A.D & Associates as an Internal Auditor and Audit Supervisor respectively

Antwi Boasiako Forson is an Associate Partner of the firm and has 12 years of working experience in the financial services sector specifically, universal banking, investment banking and captive vehicle financing. Antwi is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He has a Post-Chartered Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management, an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He also has certifications in Credit Management from the National Banking College, Ghana. Prior to joining EAK, Antwi was the Executive Director of Finance & Portfolio Management at VFD Ghana LTD and its subsidiary companies. Antwi also worked with AFCL Ghana LTD, a captive finance subsidiary of Tata International as Managing Director. He also worked with Galaxy Group, Strategic Hedge Capital, and FBN Bank where he held various positions including Commercial Manager, Co-Head, Asset and Private Wealth, Co-Head, Global Markets, Relationship Manager and Business Advisor. Antwi has great interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and acumen in providing advisory for new and growing businesses.
